- Not be intentionally damaged or altered.
3. Free Return Shipping
Eligible returns include free return shipping. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or local return address.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may still qualify for return under this policy.
